Mat-Su Middle College School (MSMCS) is a partnership between the Mat-Su Borough School District (MSBSD), the University of Alaska (UAA), and the Mat-Su College (MSC) campus. This unique opportunity for high school juniors and seniors is located at the MSC campus. Applications for Fall 2025 enrollment open January 1, 2025, and must be completed in its entirety by August 1, 2025 for incoming juniors and seniors.

 

The Mat-Su Middle College School has a limited number of full-time seats for sophomores for the Fall 2025 school year. These seats will be available until the admissions threshold is met. The application period will close May 1^st, if the admissions threshold is not met by May 9^th, students that have applied may continue to take UA placement tests (Accuplacer and ALEKS) after this date. Current freshmen can apply through MSBSD ParentVue and complete the application process. Incoming sophomore students must test college ready in both the Accuplacer (530) and ALEKS (30).
